Official Rules

DS Restorative Rewards Program points will be calculated upon receipt of proof-of-purchase information as supplied directly by your authorized dealer(s).
Only the brand name products listed on the program qualify towards earning rewards points.
To qualify for the program, the DS Restorative Rewards Program customer with decision-making authority must agree to hold two meetings per year with a Dentsply Sirona representative.
This program is valid for practices located in the United States on purchases made from an authorized Dentsply Sirona dealer in the United States. Please contact your Dentsply Sirona representative or view our current list of authorized dealers.
Customers who choose to terminate the program will have 90 days to redeem any earned points from the program following their termination date (excluding customers who reside in the state of California).
The U.S. Internal Revenue Code and the tax code for most industrialized nations could view rebates, discounts, or any other remuneration as taxable income to the recipient. Please contact your tax adviser regarding the tax treatment of the benefits from your participation in the DS Restorative Rewards Program.
Points are calculated and assigned on a quarterly basis.
